Reporting a Lost or Stolen Debit Card To report a lost or stolen debit card take the following steps immediately to prevent any unauthorized transactions. Monday – Friday, from 9:00am – 5:00pm: call any State Bank Financial branch to cancel your card and order a new card. After hours, a weekend or holiday: please contact State Bank Financial at 800.880.7151 and leave a confidential voice message. We will need the following information: Name Account Number Telephone number at which you may be reached
